These terms apply to every visit to almohanadtech.com and every order placed with Al Mohanad Tech. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Delivery Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Using the website

You may use the website to browse and buy products for your personal or business use. You agree not to misuse it, for example by placing fake orders, interfering with its security, copying its content for commercial use, or using it for anything unlawful.

2. Your account and details

You can order as a guest or create an account. Please give us accurate contact and delivery details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Products and descriptions

We do our best to describe products accurately. Photos are for illustration, and colours, packaging or minor features may differ slightly from what you see on screen. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. Prices

All prices are in Jordanian Dinars (JD). Delivery fees are shown at checkout. Prices and offers can change without notice, but the price you are charged is the price shown when you placed your order. If a product was listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we will contact you before processing the order, and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel.

5. Orders

When you place an order you will receive an order number. We may call or message you to confirm it before dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, the details cannot be confirmed, or the order appears fraudulent or abusive. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

6. Payment

We accept:

Cash on delivery: pay the courier when your order arrives.
CliQ transfer to the mobile number 0786046486. Orders paid by CliQ are prepared once the transfer has been received.

7. Delivery

Delivery areas, fees and times are set out in our Delivery Policy. Responsibility for the products passes to you once they are delivered.

8. Returns, refunds and warranty

Problems with an order must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, as explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. After that, faults are handled under the product’s warranty where one applies.

9. Website content

The text, design and layout of this website belong to Al Mohanad Tech and may not be copied without our permission. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Al Mohanad Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or the products we sell. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Jordanian consumer law.
