Delivery Policy

Al Mohanad Tech delivers across Jordan. This page explains when your order will arrive and what delivery costs.
Delivery fees

The fee is calculated automatically at checkout once you choose your city, and it is shown before you place the order.
When will my order arrive?
- Order before 1:00 PM (Amman time) and, in most cases, it will be delivered the same day.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM are delivered on the next working day.
- Some products, special requests and more distant areas can need a little longer. If that applies to your order, we will tell you the expected date when we confirm it.
Delivery days
We deliver Saturday to Thursday. There are no deliveries on Fridays or official public holidays; orders placed on those days are handled on the next working day.
Confirming your order
Before dispatch our team may call you or send you a WhatsApp message to confirm your address and a convenient time. Please keep your phone reachable so the courier can contact you on the day of delivery.
When you receive your order
Please check the package in front of the courier. If the box is visibly damaged or something is missing, tell the courier and contact us straight away. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains what happens next.
If delivery is delayed
Occasionally a delivery is held up by things outside our control, such as weather, road closures or courier issues. If that happens we will let you know as soon as we can and agree a new delivery time with you. If we cannot deliver on the agreed date and a new date doesn’t suit you, we will cancel the order, and if you paid in advance by CliQ we will refund you in full.
